This set of 24 wooden rainbow buttons, twelve small and twelve large, can be played with in multiple ways. Use them in threading games on the strings provided or use as counters for learning maths, pretend money when playing shop, soup ingredients in a play kitchen, or combine with wooden building blocks, bobbins, peg people and figures to create beautiful rainbow worlds. This wooden toy has been ethically made from sustainable, solid maple and wood. The wood has coloured with non-toxic, water-based colour stain which allows the grain of the wood to shine through.

The small buttons are 4.5cm across and the large buttons are 6cm across.

Suitable from age 3. Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts.

Schematic play: This toy will appeal to children demonstrating the positioning schema - balancing, sorting and stacking toys and objects in particular order or place.
